- Completed technical vocational training with many years of relevant work experience, master craftsman qualification or a degree in building services engineering
- Knowledge of heat transfer, thermodynamics, hydraulics, electrical and/or control engineering
- Ability to act independently and take personal responsibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Autodesk Revit skills an advantage
- Structured approach and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English
