- A technical degree in building construction / energy and environmental technology or an equivalent degree, preferably with an additional degree in technical business management
- Knowledge of building legislation law, in particular German Construction Contract Procedures, fee structure for architects and engineers, etc.
- Relevant professional experience in the field to facility design, planning and execution of technical building services
- Willingness to travel as part of the acquisition process
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project
- Structured approach and strategic thinking
- Ability to hold meetings and negotiations in German and English
- Design, calculation and sale of cleanroom solutions based on the Daldrop-SHELMEQ® principle
- Customer contact for new projects, design and dimensioning of HVAC systems, in particular AHUs
- Preparation of technical drawings, development and description of technical solutions, preparation of quotations
- Liaise with suppliers for pre-selection of technical components e.g. equipment / humidification / cooling systems
- Co-ordinate the calculation in the sales department, personally hand over the quotations with presentation of the concepts, accompany the customer’s decisions, participate in the negotiations and later conduct them independently
- Ensure that the latest standards, regulations and legislation are applied on site
